Tenant Procurement Fees:
Managed Home – 50% of 1st Month Rent
Non-Managed Home – 100% of 1st Month Rent

 

Management Fees:
Monthly – $100/Mo.
This includes being readily available on a 24/7 basis. We have professional, insured maintenance technicians available for repairs. We collect the monthly rent, handle any problems that may arise, provide you with a monthly statement and deposit funds into your account.

Lease Renewal Fees:
Managed Home – FREE!
Non-Managed Home – 50% of 1st Month Rent
This is when a tenant has lived out the 12-month length of the current lease and the same tenant is signing for a new term.

Finding A Prospective Tenant

The Florida Property Shop will list your property on the MLS providing maximum exposure to prospective customers and other real estate agents including Realtor.com, Zillow.com, Hot Pads, Truila and more.  The Florida Property Shop offers a finders fee to other realtors as an incentive to maximize exposure for your rental property.

Tenant Application Process:
A potential application fills out an application form that includes a credit and background check, nationwide eviction check, past & present employment history, previous rental and home ownership history, employment and character references and copy of pay stubs.  This information is reviewed and verified with the owner for final decision.  Once the applicant is approved the tenant is required to pay 1 month rent and 1 month security deposit in order to take possession.
